Valor Honey Bee Policy
Last updated: February 18, 2026
By placing an order with Valor Honey for any bees, including packaged bees, nucleus colonies (nucs), or queens, you agree to the following policies, terms, conditions, and limitations. Valor Honey is committed to providing high-quality bees and ensuring customer satisfaction.
However, the production and delivery of bees are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather and supply chain issues. Valor Honey reserves the right to adjust pickup dates or substitute breeds if necessary. We will communicate via email, phone, or Text if shipments are not on schedule or substitutions are required. Substitutions of lower-priced products will include a refund for the price difference.
Package bees are produced and shipped by the supplier only from late March through mid-May. Outside this window, products may appear online for reference, but are not available for purchase
