Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "we", "us" or "our" in this Agreement) refers to Golden Prairie Honey Farms Corporation dba Valor Honey.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale or Service.

An order is your request to purchase Goods from us.

Service refers to pollinator service or mobile processing.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, but during peak times, processing may take a bit longer (usually within 72 hours, excluding weekends). We can cancel an order only if Valor Honey receives it before it is shipped.
For bulk orders from grocery chains or stores, please contact us via email. We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Conditions for Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and food safety and health laws, we do not accept returns unless you cancel before shipping or take delivery.
For bulk orders, we accept returns only when arranged between the buyer's purchasing agent and our Operations Manager. Buyer is responsible for return shipment fees.
In certain cases, we may ask you to return the item(s). In that event, we will arrange and pay for the return postage or freight. In those cases that we recall or ask for you to return the items or shipment, please make sure that:

The Goods are in the original packaging.

The Goods were not used or damaged.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.

**Bulk or retail sales orders must be arranged before being returned to a location agreed upon by Valor Honey.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend insured, trackable mail or freight service.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the website or submission of a return request constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
Forge Life™ products carry separate return polices and as such customized orders are non-refundable once the customization process has commenced.
