    THE PROGRAM

Valor Honey is a Section 501c3 charitable, educational not for profit corporation.

All profits go to support our nation’s Veterans and transitioning military.

Our Valor brand proudly and respectfully salutes American military veterans. Decorated Veterans, who are themselves skilled beekeepers, founded our company and remain Valor’s leadership cornerstone.

TRAINING AND HEALING

Established Valor professionals provide counseling, beekeeping, and agriculture training programs. Our Veteran students not only develop expertise in honey production, but can learn the business of honey supplies, packaging, and sales. Veterans in our training program bottle or pack Valor Honey so your purchase provides the means for more veterans to train.

We lead research programs that seek to understand the positive effects of agriculture and specifically beekeeping. We have found that after several months of training with us, those with PTSD, brain injuries, and suicidal thoughts have improved substantially and after a full program have fully recovered. We are working to document those experiences in peer-reviewed, evidence-based research. Kansas State University and the Veterans Administration work with us in this effort.

Valor Honey honors military veterans through honest, strict, high business and social values.

With this, we strive to be a positive model for the global honey industry.

Supporting agriculture’s future.

WHY VALOR?

Valor is an inner strength that enables a person to face danger, especially in battle; a force that enables one to go beyond fear and exhibit selflessness to stop the threat or to help someone who is in danger.

I have seen it in combat. The Soldier who puts himself in the line of fire to help a fallen comrade or the soldier who volunteers to flank a bunker. To me it is a beautiful thing to see; someone putting the lives of others ahead of his or her own to save another and all too often selflessly giving up their own life. I have seen them do just that and I am so thankful for these valorous men and women. They are the best of our country, our heroes.

And so, Valor Honey honors them by helping those who came home find purpose and a new way of life. Please help us to help them. Simply buying this honey does just that. It is just the right thing to do for them!
